The National flag wad hoisted by Mrs. Hasmina Khan our President, Dr Rakhee Vakil, Dr M R Khwaja, Dr (Mrs) Licy Bharuch and Mrs. Ketki Muzumdar Mrs. Sarita Pradhan, Mrs Usha Devnani and Dr A Waghulkar were present. Dr. M.A. Khan and Mr. Sameer Vakil were present too.

The Pledge of Service to the country was administered by teacher, Ms. Neeta Agale, Mrs. Clara Lobo welcomed the guests. The programme began with a spectacular display of regional dresses by or staff followed by patriotic songs and dances by the Balwadi children, remedial students and Rehana and her Kathak team. Ms Diksha Shirke concluded with a patriotic song and message. Ms Amita Bhosale compered the programme.

Art prizes to our successful prize winners won at the many art events held recently were handed over by Mrs Hasmina Khan, Dr Khwaja and Dr Licy Bharucha. We are so proud of our young artists.
